*Our single-origin cacao beans deliver 222 µmol/g antioxidant activity, which is 8 times more antioxidant power than spinach. They also contain a remarkable 5.5% polyphenols (5,500 mg per 100g), offering over 9 times more polyphenols than spinach.
*Our cacao beans are independently lab tested for Cadmium and Lead. Lead is consistently Not Detected (<0.01mg/kg). Cadmium ranges between Not Detected (<0.01mg/kg) to 0.13mg/kg, up to 6× lower than the European Union cadmium limit for dark chocolate.
*Our roasted cacao beans were recently lab certified to contain 2,500 mg of naturally occurring magnesium per kg. This makes our cacao a rich, naturally bioavailable source.
*Our roasted cacao beans are a naturally occurring source of zinc containing 35 mg/kg.
*Our single-origin cacao beans record 30.2 % of dietary fibre making our dark chocolate and cacao products a rich natural source of fibre that your gut will love.
